good enough meal?

so my meal plan is pretty much everyday a strawberry/banana shake with soy milk and a scrambled egg for breakfast, cabbage soup and brown rice & beans for lunch, and then usually for a snack i have a couple apples, and sometimes strawberries or blackberriers whichever i feel like. then for dinner i eat brown rice and grilled chicken, broccoli, carrots, and green beans. and then sometimes before i go to bed i have another apple. ive been feeling a lot healthier since ive started this about 3 weeks ago, and ive lost fat pretty quickly. first of all, is this a healthy meal plan? ive heard that your suppose to have more vegetables than fruit, so should i include more vegetables in my meals? or does anybody have any suggestions on what other...

my feet are really dry and cracked.. because of the winter season arriving i suppose. it just really disgusts me. [i have a thing with feet lol] is there any other home remidies other then warm soapy water i could use to make them soft & nicerr? :]

Not a tragedy, I just like alliteration.
Theres this kid in my gym class and hes my bestfriends OTHER bestfriends [aka, my ex enemy, now aquaintance] ex boyfriend. She broke up with him because he was willing to kiss another girl. I dont know the whole story. So he has a truthbox on myspace and I couldnt resist the temptation and said "I'm wondering if you're worth getting to know." Now look where that got me :/
For an entire straight week, thirteen replies later, he's angry with me! And hes STILL trying to figure out who I am. Why could this be such a big deal to him? He's one of the cool kids. He's probably not looking for a new friend.
He almost found out asking if my screenname had 'just' in it...

A Guy's Birthday Gift

My boyfriend and I just started going out in August and his birthday is on October 22nd. I really have no idea what to get him. I know he loves baseball, but I don't want to be cheesy and get him something baseball-related. I also don't want to get him clothes because that's just something I'd like to leave to him. I'm 18 and I had sex on the 28th of September with the love of my life. He wore a condom but now I'm getting symptoms of pregnancy. I've been feeling sick today and yesterday. My lower back has been hurting all day yesterday and today. My breasts sort of hurt and I've been getting headaches on and off. What is the chance of my being pregnant? And if I am, how should I go about telling him? I'm prepared to have a baby; I want it so much. One thing though, he is away at school during the week. What should I do about that? I don't know what to bring up about that. I need advice and some positive attitude. Thanks!

Okay, my boyfriend has quit smoking for 2 months now. He keeps saying that if he only has one, he wont be addicted again, but I think that if he has one, he's going to be right back where he was.
If he has a cigarette, will he be addicted? Please help!

It's my first interview so I'm not sure how to dress for it. Someone told me NO jeans but it's all that I have. It's a toy store.. is a nose piercing bad? I actually have two, but I can't take one out yet :(
I'm going for stock so what kind of questions would they ask? If I'm able to carry this ___ amount and this ___ far? I have a disability related to anxiety and I'm just nervous.

How do you stop a woman from being controlling

I'm a man in my mid-20's, and I've started to notice that my girlfriend of five years is very, very controlling. Like talking to a bunch of people (myself included) like she's our mother.
Now, I'm perfectly fine with a woman who can express what she wants, but how do you get her to realize that she can't control everyone, me especially, without it causing a meltdown? I mean, if this relationship goes to marriage, I need her to know that when I have a strong decision about our future, she can't just ignore me and do whatever.

as soon as i saw the new ipod nanos when they came out last month i knew i wanted the purple one. well one of my bestfriends just bought it like a week ago with her birthday money, which i'm fine with. but now she's saying that she'll be mad if i buy it too. on top of that she also bought herself a new red phone, and it just so happens that i've been planning on getting a red one in december when i am eligible for an upgrade. so now it's gonna be like if i get the purple nano and a red phone im doing everything she does and then i'm never gonna stop hearing about it. so my birthday is coming up and i don't know what to do. i really want the purple nano, i know she got it first but i don't feel like i should have to settle for another color ...

Procrastination

So, i have a really bad case of procrastination. I really need help with how to fight it, because that is the reason im not a 4.0 student, i am at 3.95, and would really like to not feel guilty about not doing work, and eating instead. Thanks for your help!!!!!!
