So, I am planning on having sex for the first time. I have condoms on hand, and I am on birth control so I'm not too worried about the whole STD/pregnancy thing but I want to know if there's anything else I should be worried about?

yeahh you aren't protected for STD's. any genital contact whatsoever can make you get STD's. my health class made sure that we knew this. they went over this a million times for us. lol.

Uh, you aren't completely protected for STDs or pregnancy, just better protected than normal.
But other than that, you may bleed, you might not, but it will hurt.
