Going to college next year

Hi im 17/f and im a senior in high school this yaer. Next year im going to college. I wanna move out but my mother wants me to stay home. What are some ways to convince her that i can be independent and move out. She says its cheaper and less expensive i agree but i want more freedom you know. She says if i live with her my curfew is going to be midnight and that sucks! Please help

a player or true this time?

ok so im talking to this guy. he is known to be a player some what. not really a player but like he will talk to girls and jus drop em and go to the next one. i have talked to him before and he did that to me and we are now talking again. but this time it seems like he's changed. like at first he acted the same way but now he seems really genuine and wants to hang out all the time and tells me he likes me and cares about me which he has never told me before.
should i believe him or still believe hes player?
i know thats not much decription but .....

ultrasound

I went to the hospital to get an ultrasound on my abdominal cavity and I asked the technician to check for a baby really quick(ive been wondering if i was pregnant) and I would have been 6 weeks pregnant at the time. She said she wasnt supposed to do it but she can check really quick. She slid the "wand" over my uterus for about 5 seconds and said "no baby".
What im wondering is if she could have seen anything that early on to know if i am pregnant or not? And she did it so quick!! I know she knows what shes doing so she doesnt need a long look to see if i am pregnant but should i trust it? Was it too quick of a scan or was it reliable? At 6 weeks, she would at least have seen a gestational sac right?

Pregnant?

Hey guys :) Well I'm 16 years old [Just turned 16 in August] and I've been with my current boyfriend since June '08. We've always had protected sex except once on August 14th [2 days before my birthday]. So my last period was on August 1st and since my periods are irregular at times, I counted 30 days after my last period to try and figure out when my expected period would be. Which would have been August 31st. I didn't get my period then and I didn't get it in September at all either. It's already half way through October and I haven't gotten it nor have I had signs of it coming. I did some research and it said I was ovulating at the time I had unprotected sex making it a 15% chance of me being pregnant. I'm just wondering if it's possible...

Let me begin by saying that i am not one that needs to be in a relationship in order to have sex. So a few weekends ago this guy and i were drunk and ended up having sex. he kept saying that it wasn't a one night stand for him, but then again he was drunk. We ended up falling asleep together and then when we both got home, he texted me and said he wasn't just talking to me for sex. ok yeah that's what they all say ha. but anyways, went over to his house a few days later and had sex with him again. i haven't seen him in about a week and a half now and he has texted me every night since then. Not about sex all the time, but just to see how my day was, just small talk. He is in trouble right now from school so i won't see him for a while. yet ...

allergies and infection?

I have bad allergies and my symptoms are like a lot of drainage and burning in my throat. Well usually I wake up and my throat hurts from the draining but today I woke up and it hurt as usual and so I went to school but it did not go away. Can allergies cause like an infection or something? Becuase it still hurts and now I have other symptoms like nausea (although that may be from the drainage) but there are spots on my throat but I don't know if they are just mucus spots or like infection spots...
any help please? I'm still up because I feel awful and I have SATS tomorrow...

K to start off, my girlfriend of two weeks broke up with me about three weeks ago this friday (aka the week after homecoming..). I took it as a low blow because the monday after she broke up with me she had a new boyfriend (WTF?!) I was infuriated, and he isn't the nicest of guys (pot head). ANYWAYS, I got over it and I started to like this girl who has liked me for a while now. And I asked her out and we're currently dating. Im just wondering if it was too early for me to get back into a relationship? I mean the girl Im dating now is amazing and I wouldn't give her up for anyone, but was me rushing into another relationship a bad decision?

okay so in december i'm finally hanging out with this kid who i've wnated to see FOREVER. he is 5 years older then me. (im 14) and he is very popular in my town, so one time hanging out with him, i'll be so popular. and on top of that hes the cutest guy i've ever seen. while me him my 3 good friends are goin to his friends house to burn but anyways now im gross. im ball and hairs a mess and just yuck. i plan on loosing weight, not that i need to just to tone up, then go tanning, get my belly tongue & nose peirced, nails & toes done, new hot clothes, teeth whitend, and TRY and gethair extentions. i dont know where to get them? i love in a suburb in MASS. near salemish. my hair looks like this now. http://z.hubpages.com/u/67398_f260.j...

so, i just graduated high school this year. most of my friends are still senior in high school, but now that im graduated, i swear it feels like IVE DIED. they hardly talk to me anymore, and that depresses me. i love them so much. also, i cant get over the fact that not only did i graduate and leave HIGH SCHOOL, but i also left the drama club, cheerleading, and show choir behind as well.. im just seriously so depressed about this. graduating and leaving high school is supposed to be the happiest time of your life.... its not. a have a couple questions here... :
is it normal to honestly still miss high school and all the things it comes with this much??
how do i cope with this?

okay so this weekend was crazyyy! parties were wild and they were in cities that are half an hour and over an hour away! well I met this guy on friday at the party and we've been talking ever since then. he told me and my friend that we should go to the party Sunday and long story short he wanted us both and he wouldn't make up his mindd! so Sunday I got wasted and was all over the guy and a lot of them were all over me, prob is this guys a player apparently and he prob just wants action but he says to me that he likes me and stuff so I really dk what to do I really want to believe him but at the same time I can't bc I'm prob not the only girl he says this to. he said he wants to see me soon and that he wants to kissme and that we should do...

oh myy. alright well.me and my boyfriend were togther for 13 months. him and me were like lil kids together, we did so much for each other, sometimes me a little more for him. he cheated on me once, just kissing another girl, about 10 monhts or less into the relationship. we got back together, i dont really regret it. well, anyways.. he moved to florida, i live in ny, about two months ago. we stayed together for a month, well tried to. we fought a lot, we worried a lot, he mentioned ending it. and it was just so aparent we had to be done. my whole life, i have been serously let down, and him doin this to me, cause i knew this would happen, makes me numb. i dont wanan cry, i dont ever wanna talk to him, i have feelings of hate, and its hard....

Applying for a job

Alright, so I've worked once before for Old Navy, but got fired because of a big misunderstanding about what my schedule was and therefore I didn't come into work (which looks horrible). So now I'm applying for Adidas a year later, and on the application it asks if I have ever been discharged from employment. I was wondering if it is better to not mention it or to say yes I have and explain myself. I know you're definitely not suppose to lie on your application, but would they ever actually find out? Any help would be appreciated :] Thanks

14 Female. I Started My Period When I Was 11. It was Normal Until Last Year. I didnt Get My Period From June Untill October! Then It Was Normal Again All The Way Untill May. I Didnt Get It Till The Begining Of September. I Havent Started Again And Its October!Is It Normal??? I Mean Ive Already Heard From My Doctor It Is!! But Does This Only Happen To Me?? Or Does It Happen To Other People Too. Also is There Such Thing As A Pre-period Because My Cousin Says She Had A Pre-period Because She Hasnt Had HEr Period IN LIke Forever And She Started When She Was 12 And Is Now 14! so ive been trying to eat healthier lately, mostly whole foods and what not, but i still get that sweet tooth every now and then and just have to have some chocolate! i try not to eat much sugar because it makes me breakout & its obviously unnhealthy, but sometimes i just need some chocolate! ive recently discovered these dark chocolate bars taht ar 88% cocoa, and on the back the ingredients are cocoa, unbleached water-filtered beet sugar and vanilla. and i think soy lecithin or something. what is unbleached water-filtered beet sugar?! is that good sugar or bad sugar? im just curious cause i heard dark chocolate and cocoa is good for you so i thought these bars were pretty good & settled me sweet tooth but i dont want the bad sugar! soooooo what is it!?

Okay So Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost a year.
He is eternally hooked on me, and i think i could stay with him for the rest of my life if i really wanted to! He is crazy about me, and has become so comfortable with me. Were both only fifteen and hes talking about our marraige life, and how many kids he wants to have. Anytime i say something along the lines of breaking up, whatever it may be he always says "Oh please dont let those words come out of your mouth ever again, i cant even think of that happening." something like that.
I am also his first girlfriend, and before he met me he was sort of considered the "Loser". Which, i really dont care about what other people call one...
