Male, 26.
I'm of Arab descent. Earlier this evening, my girlfriend's sister asked me if when I marry my girl, will the dowery will be in goats.
I got pissed, and stormed out. And then my girl chases me down, and starts telling me that I should develop thicker skin if I'm to deal with her family, because they will make comments like that all the time, regardless.
The thing is, my girlfriend didn't use to condone comments like that, but then she went overseas for a year, and when she came back, it's like somehow I'm always wrong, and that I have to let her family disrespect me like that.
I'm not crazy because I got angry about that, right?

I am really sick but I don't know what is wrong with me. If anyone has ever had anything like this, please tell me!
First it started about 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks ago. I work as a cashier in the local grocery store and they had put me on the register really close to the entrance. A draft was blowing in and within 20 minutes I had a sore throat.
Well, that sore throat stayed for a few days (~4 days or so). It suddenly had disappeared when I woke up one morning but my voice sounded HORRIBLE. My voice was all scratchy and went in and out all day long. This went on for another 4 days or so, but I had no pain with it. Well, it started to go away about the same time I had some sort of chest congestion happening. ...

I have been dating my boyfriend for almost four years, and I've never felt unpretty around him until this year. Recently he thinks I'm fat, the thing is I'm not at all - I am 5'8 and 140 lbs.
I recovered from an eating disorder just before I met him, and he knows this. I have learned to be happy with my body, but now with my boyfriend's constant negativity I'm starting to feel insecure.
He never says things so bluntly where I can get mad. What he'll do is say, "let's work out" and if i say I don't want to he calls me lazy and nag until I will. Or when we go out, he'll order me a diet coke and side saladn as my entire meal. When I say that's not what I wanted he says "I'm just helping you eat...

Why do I constantly use women in order to feel better about myself?

First off, I'm 26, and been single for about 5 years. I have great friends, most of them females all of which I trust with my life. I care for these females, I know, deeply so why do I continue to hurt them emotionally. To keep it short, I use women. I don't like doing it but for some reason I just can't stop. These women are really good friends with me and I've been there for them when ever they needed me. They take good care of me and vise versa. I've become emotionally attached to everyone of them, 6 to be exact. Every time I try to reduce the relationship to just being friends it never works, we always windup back sleeping together. lately ive been depressed. nothings seems to going right. me and my stepmom havent been getting along. its like i try to be nice and she's just a bitch back to me and i dont get why and we've been struggling to get along for the past 12 years on and off. and my dad doesnt do anything about it. every time i come back from my moms my stepmom's a bitch. my dad just found out that i cut myself and he freaked out and i start to wonder if its all worth living through everyday. i tried suicide three times before and im trying to get the idea out of my mind but it keeps coming back.
