Hey! I'm fifteen years old and I'm 5'5 weighing in about 123 pounds. I am very muscular and athletic, but I would like to drop my weight down to 115. (especially in my thighs/behind) Does anyone have any tips for me? I know this is going to be especially hard because I am in good shape but would like to be a few pounds thinner. Any tips would help!

okay my bf broke up with me not even a month ago. i was devastated and under the circumstances that he was telling me i shoulda said fuck you, but i stayed around and i messed around with him even though he had another gf already. bc he said he 'still loved me' B.S. right? i didnt know whether it was or not. his best friend tyler begain talking to me after he broke up with me. he told me that he has had a crush on me. i told my ex and he got really pissed (the purpose of telling him). but as i talked to tyler i learned he cheated on me 3 tiems while we were datng and he is tellling me all theis stuff about my ex that i didnt know and it pissed me off. do you think he maybe exagerateing bc he likes m e or telling me the truth. im kind of in the middle because i don't really know/.

You know how when you have a best friend and you tell eachother you will never let a guy come between your friendship? Well, what if your 'friend' totally dumped you as a friend for a guy... and on top of that, this guy she dumped you for is your brother! .. :/ What would you do? Obviously she never was my friend to begin with if she would do this.

Hi! ok so i'll just get to it.. i had my period from sunday dec. 21 until fri. dec 26. and ok so that was that. and now its dec 31. and all of a sudden i have started bleeding again.. not a lot but a little and im having cramps too. i dont know if its normal for that to be happening.. its never happened before. and im not sure why it is.. any thoughts on what could be happening? should i go see a doctor? i figured i didnt need to see a doctor if it stopped . and its only been 1 day.. but still not sure whats really going on.. any ideas? thanks!

I was a virgina nd me and m boyfriend had sex on the 23. I took plan b 75 hours after we had un protected sex. I am really nervouse becuase 5 days after taking plan B {wich is today 12/1/08} i had blood in my undewear. I have been having cramps, hotflashes, and moode swings. Is this suppose to be my period or is tis just an effect of plan b? Also could tis be implantation bleeding? ow soon should I take a pregnancy test? I am a 16.

Im thirteen and i wanna go tanning i live right down the block from hollywood tans and i wanna go but i never had the chance i have areas on my stomache that are darker then others and my neck and face are pale . From natuaral tanning i was wondering is that going to affect how even i get on my tan? Or how dark i get? Do i need to sign papers with a parent or guardian to go tanning? Is there an age limit? What do i need to wear or bring? If i dont wear makeup will my face become tan? And is there a chance of me getting burnt ?
how much does it usually cost to go tanning ? And is there big tan lines? Hope you can help me with all these questions .

People always say to me on myspace or your gorgeous your beautiful and your so pretty . I dont really feel that people see me that same way in person . I feel that im getting more complements on a website then i do in real life . In person some people say oh you wear too much makeup oh your nose is wierd and youve got acne and all of that i sometimes find myself that im never pretty anymore .... That im only pretty in picture then i am otherwise . Is there any real reason why i feel this way ? Help please ? .

Hi im thirteen & i have these two guy friends that are older then me like one 16 and the others 17 . And they wanna hang out with me . But im not sure if i wanna hangout with them cause im younger and + my mom probally wouldnt aprove of me hanging out with them once she heres there ageses . Everytime they ask me to hangout with them i always have to make up an excuse that i cant that im grounded or something like that ... & there both nice . But i don't know what to do . ?

hi im 16 nearly 17 and this lad who i like said he liked me and it was great until 1 day when he stood me up and didnt let me know he wasnt going to show up
it was great before that we were like together(we wasnt but he told his mates we was) we slept together a few times and he wanted to see me every day

i just downloaded an app yesterday on my ipod touch called "stanza" its an e-book which allows you to download and read books. i just downloaded pride and prejudice. it asked me 'would you like to download this book to your library?' and i clicked 'download'
so my question is..when you download books off of stanza, are they free?
because they didnt ask me for my itunes password so i was just wondering..
