What does pues si and pues que mal mean?

"pozi cuñaaaaoooo, q mal de la cabeza estamos joder"

Someone replied it to from youtube. I don't know what it means and no translation website gets it either.

i think you mean:

"pues si cuñado, que mal de la cabeza estamos joder"

which means: "well of course brother-in-law, we are f*cked in the head"

something along those lines.

my translator doesnt get the 'pozi cuñao, q' part. but the rest of it seems to be vulgar.
