have no CD to reinstall ipod to a new computer

what if you have songs on the ipod like you already hooked it up and the computer you used broke so you lost everything and now we have a new computer so we are trying to hook it up and we have lost the CD so we cant figure out how to download new songs.. help??

You can download iTunes from the Apple website even if you lost the CD:

There is a miracle program that will allow you to extract the songs on your iPod onto your computer!

I just found this program not too long ago and I tried it, it works, so you don't have to redownload all the songs on your computer again to put it back on the library playlist and onto your iPod again.
