I use DHC's foundation in yellow ocher 01 (the lightest color which is still kind of dark), and that specific one is actually meant to cover up redness and it does.
And then I put over that a setting powder, and it works pretty decently for covering up blemishes, etc.
But I think you can only order it online or from their catalog.
If you'd rather just go to Target or somewhere else, I use L'Oreal true match "super-blendable makeup", and a setting powder after that.
It comes in a good range of colors so you should be able to find something that will match your skin color.
You could also use DermaBlend, which would probably be the best.
People cover up the worst blemishes with it, they cover up tattoos, birthmarks, etc. and it looks like there's nothing there.
But it's quite expensive ($31.00), but if you ever get any money and want to spend some on it then you should try it out.
I've only heard good things about it.

For eyeliner I definitely recommend Urban Decay Glide-On 24/7 Eye Pencil.
It is more expensive than the drug-store brands but it is worth it.
It's $16 but I, personally, am willing to pay for it.
It goes on very easily, and it lasts all day.
I put it on during my morning makeup routine, and then at 7 PM I went to a "metal" (Amon Amarth, etc.) concert and I came back hours later and it still looked perfect.
I loooove this eyeliner.
You can get it at Sephora, or online.

Any make-up/foundation will cover it, you just have to find the right color for your skin. Don't get anything too light, but try & get something that has a little tannish color to it, so that it'll cover up whatever, & you won't be able to see it. To cover up even better, try using a bronzer, & you could probably get all this at like walgreens, the lady that works around the make-up can help you, just ask. Also a good eye liner that I use is a Loreal eye liner. It comes in a black little container, & has a top to it. It's very smooth, & goes right on, comes off easily as well. Try this & I hope it works.
Hope I helped.

Hi there,
i know there is this green correction cream from Avon that is effective in convering blemishes and redness on skin. i haven't tested on scabs but the other two worked really well.
concealers are great for scabs, i have this pimple scab that just wont go away, and concealers helped alot. but make sure it's similar tone to your foundation, or if using alone, to your skin.

i would suggest for eyeliners, loreal is a good brand. anything that has a harder tip is better than the softer tips.
i use any brand eyeliner then on top coated with a face of australia liquid eyeliner in black, The liquid eyeliner seals the pencil liner and helps it to stay in colour and freshness. it seriously lasts for the whole day.

go for Avon i think it was $6 something (visit website) for the blemishes

Loreal or face of aust for eyes (the liquid is around 8 to 9 dollars, and the pencil ranges from $9 to $15 dollars)

hope it has helped!
