how to lose a few pounds.

Question Posted Wednesday December 31 2008, 10:54 pm

15/f

Hey! I'm fifteen years old and I'm 5'5 weighing in about 123 pounds. I am very muscular and athletic, but I would like to drop my weight down to 115. (especially in my thighs/behind) Does anyone have any tips for me? I know this is going to be especially hard because I am in good shape but would like to be a few pounds thinner. Any tips would help!

Well, if you're muscular it's gonna be hard, since that would involve shedding off pounds of muscle. Just enjoy the fact that you're healthy and in shape.
