okay im bout 4 9 1/2 grl and weigh bout 80-90 lbs. and i want to become thinner idk why but so many ppl cal me fat so then i start beleving them even though i shouldnt does anyone have a safe way to lose bout 5 lbs and is this normal to feel this way? i rate high unless you give ma a stupid answer

i love to swim, and i am pretty good at. ive swum (?) on a summer team for 3 years and did really well. but its hard to like get out of the water and walk away and stuff cuz im kinda fat and i feel so self conscieous. i have friends on the team so its not like i am alone. but ive offered to swim on a team called seaback (auditions only/best of the best) but i dont know any one there. i dont know if should say yes or no.

ok well im 130 lbs and im 11years old i want to speed up my matoblism (spelling)can mi do that if i drink lotsa water
and i work out from lik 8pm 2 9 30 but i really dont wanna stand bc i sprained my ankle but i still wanna work what r good evercizes that you can do on a bed?

i just recently did a 12 minute run at school for gym.. its been like a few days after and my legs haven't been hurting really badly.. buh now it hurts really really bad..especially when i got down the stairs... how can i make it stop?

ive decided that i want to lose weight buy running up and down the stairs because i cant go outside cause it has snow and i cant go to the gym because my parents wont drive me their. well anyways i planned on running up and down the stiars so how long should i run for and when should i do them for best results! thanks

im trying to lose wieght in about 2 weeks. does anyone know anything i can do that can burn up calories really fast and would make me lose alot of wieght. i dont have a tred mill and theres alot of snow outside so i cant run outside. please help!

Hi, I need some advice. See, I want to gain weight and get on a healthier diet and stuff. Right now I weigh about 104 and I'm 5'3. I'd like to gain some more weight but not in my stomach, more so everywhere else(legs, arms, butt, etc) So, I was wondering, how do I gain more weight without the weight without it all going to my stomach and still staying healthy? Also, I'd like to be able to have more energy to do activities and stuff but sugary stuff just brings my energy up and then when it goes away, I'm really tired. Is there anything that will make me more naturally energetic? Does anyone have any tips on how I can..
-Gain weight without it going to my stomach but still going everywhere else
-Have more energy without eating sugary products

I don't know. My friend is super skinny and everytime I see her I get jelous. People tell me that i am skinny as well, but when i see people skinnyer than me i feel bac and sometimes i stop eating. Please any advise? 5'7 122 lbs

is it ok to do a different sort of cardio everyday (taebo one day, bike the next, eliptical the next) as long as you are doing it regularly???

how often a week should you do toning (by this i mean situps, crunches, lunges, and squats)? is everyday okay? and if you're doing these things, do you really need to do weights in the gym?
