Flubber... i'm going skiing in a couple of months and i'm REALLY out of shape. any ideas what i could do to tone my legs...and the rest of me while i'm at it?

Lay down on the floor
Raise your legs about a little less than a foot above the ground
Kick your legs slowly These work the abs.
Crunches work like a wonder!! Eat healthy. Run and jog. I hope I helped and have fun skiing.

well i've been skiing since the age of two and i think that it doesnt matter your shape when skiing ... if ur a lil dare devil like me then just do crunches .... when im at home before bed i do 50 crunches if im not with anyone and its been helpin me stay in good shape ... also ive been eating more healthy ... hope i helped <3 Maura Ann * ]

Pilates works soo good! Get a Pilates video or book at walmart for only $10! Or go to any bookstore/place that sells videos/books and their will be a pilates guide somewhere. They tone stomach, thighs, calfs, whatever..it targets the areas that everyone wants to work out! Oh and also run!! ]
