xASH answered Thursday January 27 2005, 7:53 pm:
Your legs are burning because there's a lactic acid build up in your muscles. I experienced the same thing during the first couple of days of field hockey and after i did some stretches my legs felt better. After time though, it'll feel better and they'll be no more pain.

its just normal you cant really get rid of it... but if you wanna know why they hurt its because of ur muscles gettign used to the movement, so the more you do it the less it will start to hurt.

well first of your legs are prolly hurting because you do not do that kind of excersize a lot, a good way to reduce the pain is tylenol, thats about your best bet.

oooh.. i feel your pain. You could try soaking in the tub with warm water and rubbing alcohol, if you haven't already. But if you stay off your feet and the pain doesn't stop, you might have injured it. Go see a doctor. hope you feel better:)
