weight loss hey... i'm going to florida soon [i'm from new york lol] and i really want to lose 10-15 lbs. before i go. does anyone have any tips or pointers to help? thanks so much!

dont eat fried food. excersise a little extra... drink a lot of water... stay away form KFC lol ]
goin to the gym is awsome but if you cant try viedos at home or running around your block once a day ... just member you cant lose weight in just one place you lose it all over you dont see someone with a nice stomch and huge legs! - my trainer told me that

one pound is equal to 3500 calories. keep an intake chart and excercise frequently, you're looking at cutting over twenty six days worth of caloric intake, do it over a period of about two to three months.thats about 583-875 calories a day to cut off by managing your meals and/or excercise. what part of florida?

If you want to lose about 10-15lbs, you need to watch what you eat, eat healthy, and exercise daily. Stay away from foods with lots of carbohydrates and calories. Drink water instead of drinks with caffine and sugar. These are your basic tips in losing weight. Hope I helped :)

become anorexic... you will get used to being hungry. ]
To lose weight you should really exercise regularily and definitely do not drink soda. also try to eat healthier or try to cut back on snacks.
