hey... i'm going to florida soon [i'm from new york lol] and i really want to lose 10-15 lbs. before i go. does anyone have any tips or pointers to help? thanks so much!

Karen answered Friday January 28 2005, 8:04 pm: If you want to lose about 10-15lbs, you need to watch what you eat, eat healthy, and exercise daily. Stay away from foods with lots of carbohydrates and calories. Drink water instead of drinks with caffine and sugar. These are your basic tips in losing weight. Hope I helped :)
