okay im bout 4 9 1/2 grl and weigh bout 80-90 lbs. and i want to become thinner idk why but so many ppl cal me fat so then i start beleving them even though i shouldnt does anyone have a safe way to lose bout 5 lbs and is this normal to feel this way? i rate high unless you give ma a stupid answer

Hey, you dont need to loose weight i promise! But if you really want to, in your p.e. classes try your hardest, dance, dont eat to much junk food.

It doesn't madder what people say about you, it only matters about how you like yourself depply. Dont listen to what they say. But if you really want to lose a couple oundes just for the sake of being healthier or w/e then jogging or runnyin, jumping rope, even playing a game of soccer or basketbal lwith yuor fredns every dey after school orruning for 30 minutes before shcool or on weekends gooluck! ]
you dont need to lose any weight at all. they are just calling you fat because their probally jealous, i know i am. 80-90 pounds is really skinny dont believe them.

DON'T LISTEN TO THEM!!!! your a perfect weight for your size! don't let ppl get to you like that! it is normal to feel this way, but if you really want to loose weight then you can run, or do crunches! hope this helps!

Sweetie, you don't need to lose any weight. These people are just jerks because they are probably just jealous that you weigh less than them. If you lose any more weight, you could do something to your body. Just ignore these people and tell them that you know you aren't fat. If you feel that you need to lose weight, just watch what you eat, eat healthy, and exercise daily. Yes, it's normal to feel this way but you should try not to. Hope I helped :)
