okay im bout 4 9 1/2 grl and weigh bout 80-90 lbs. and i want to become thinner idk why but so many ppl cal me fat so then i start beleving them even though i shouldnt does anyone have a safe way to lose bout 5 lbs and is this normal to feel this way? i rate high unless you give ma a stupid answer

Karen answered Sunday January 30 2005, 3:04 pm: Sweetie, you don't need to lose any weight. These people are just jerks because they are probably just jealous that you weigh less than them. If you lose any more weight, you could do something to your body. Just ignore these people and tell them that you know you aren't fat. If you feel that you need to lose weight, just watch what you eat, eat healthy, and exercise daily. Yes, it's normal to feel this way but you should try not to. Hope I helped :)
