well i'm 13 and i'm a female and i totally broke out on my forehead and i have a dance coming up!! i need help on how to get rid of it fast!! any advice or suggestions? also, is it because i ate chocolate or like junk foods? (i've heard that the reason people break out...)ThAnkS fOr uR HeLp!!! *i RaTe*

I'm 13/f about 5'5" and about 138 lbs. To me that sounds like a lot, but even if it doesnt sound like a lot to you, it is. the weight isnt what i want to lose. i could care less about what the scale says, but what i care about it how huge and bulgy my stomach is. since its winter, i cant go outside and jog and stuff cuz it doesnt get me in the mood. im eagerly awaiting the arrival of spring and i was wondering if there would be a chance to lose about 2 inches off my stomach in a month? my eating habits are increasingly getting better, now i just need good excercises. other than those two, what else can i do? i would greatly appreciate anything anyone has to say. thank you

How do I lose weight fast. What should I watch for in my food like how many calories or you know. How do I lose weight and get a tight stomach at home without buyin things like pills. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!1

hey, i need some help. i'm a 16-yr-old girl, 110 lbs, and 5'6. i'm really skinny. i guess there's some good from that, like not worrying about eating something yummy with a huge amount of calories in it. but still, i want to gain some weight before i go to college next semester (i'm graduating early). the thing is, i will probably be one of the yongest people there and i'll look very small among all those 18-20-something-yr-olds. what can eat that's healthy and rich in calories at the same time? and how can i make myself look a little older without being fake? i know, its silly but i already feel like a baby in my senior class, i don't want to feel like that in college.

im 14/f...i weight 105. i would say that my appearance of me would be SKINNY!..i cheerlead.. but since the season has ended i wont be cheering again till summer. i have a fast metabolism (meaning i eat alot, and well my food doesnt stay with me!...i dont gain weight no matter how much i eat!) im trying to find ways that will help me gain weight..and then as i do so i want to work out, creating some abs!

i'm not overly fat or anything but i want to lose some weight to feel healthier and i dont know what i could eat thats healthy and filling...what are some ways i could lose some weight (a school dance is coming up so i'm trying to lose some pounds as fast as i can!)quickly and in a healthy way (like no starvation diet). May 1st I'm going to have to wear a white dress for this really REALLY important thing of my entire life. I've been eatting like a pig beause... I guess its anxiety. Well I want to loose weight. Also, avoid the things that make me gain weight. I was thinking of diet pills but I hear they are REALY bad for you. Anyway, any tips to loose as many weight as I can in less than 2 months? Im not exactly looking for permenant diet plan just... an emergency one. Maybe if I only ate a certain amount of calories... or didn't eat or drink nothing but water... or... did a certain excersice. I don't know. Please pretty please HELP ME! Thank you sooo muh for your time!

i really want to model but i dont know if i am skinny enough. i am 5 foot 5 or 5 foot 6 and i weigh around 112 pounds. if i am not skinny enough wat are ways i can lose weight (im really bad at not eating junk food). thanks 4 the help.

The other night I went to the gym for the first time in awhile. I was working out on the bike and all of a sudden I started getting a charlie horse (a cramp) on my right calve. It started hurting bad, but I didn't want to get up and start running around looking like an idiot, so I kept working out for like a minute, then I couldn't take it anymore so I went into the locker room and walked it off. It took awhile, the cramp part is gone. Its now wednesday and my leg still hurts, badly. I can really flex it while walking. And if you touch the back of my LEFT calve, its flubber-ish like most calves, then when you touch my right one, its soo stiff and it hurts. I've stretched it numerous times today but its not helping. Whats wrong with it and what should I do?

whenever i do crunches on the floor, i always get bad headachs. does anyone know whyy? well anyways, so since i get headaches while doing then on the floor, i do the crunches on my bed. do you think theres a difference between doing crunches on the floor and the bed? its my only way of doing crunches because my head hruts whenever i do crunches on the floor pleasehelp!

i've been doing situps every other day for a while since i heard that if you do them everyday you won't get abs. is that true? and i admit i've lost some fat but the sides of my waist still have alot of fat... so how can i make them tighter? because i hate it when i'm wearing clothes that aren't even fat but theres like fat hanging off the side. advice is much needed thanks
