I'm 13/f about 5'5" and about 138 lbs. To me that sounds like a lot, but even if it doesnt sound like a lot to you, it is. the weight isnt what i want to lose. i could care less about what the scale says, but what i care about it how huge and bulgy my stomach is. since its winter, i cant go outside and jog and stuff cuz it doesnt get me in the mood. im eagerly awaiting the arrival of spring and i was wondering if there would be a chance to lose about 2 inches off my stomach in a month? my eating habits are increasingly getting better, now i just need good excercises. other than those two, what else can i do? i would greatly appreciate anything anyone has to say. thank you
