if i drink a lot of water.. will i lose weight ?

What the hell are you talking about, drinking water has nothing to do with losing weight, and having "a lot" of anything will make you gain weight.
Water wont make you gain weight, though.

Yes, you will lose weight it help you lose weight, b/c water is good for your body, and the more water you drink the better.
