unable to hold urine

I am 48 years old and I have some difficulties holding my urine. Like if I need the toilet, I lose control and little drips of my urine come out. I don't know why.. Could it be the food I eat or I don't exercise enough or, stress.. This is the first time it has happened to me. I recently moved to a new country, if that helps. Thanks! :)

okay so i discharge a lot and its starting to really get annoying. is there anyway that i can make it stop or at least happen less often? i don't want to be fingered or something and to be already wet whenever a guy puts his hands there. any advice?

get music from old ipod onto new ipod?

so all the music on my old ipod is not on my computer because it is my friend's and i do not speak to the friend anymore, so the only place i have it is on that ipod. i do not have itunes or any music of my own. i just got a new ipod and i want to get all of a DIFFERENT friend's music on it, but i want the music from my old ipod too. is there any possible way to get my old music and my new friend's music on my new ipod??

hair on my stomach!

Well, no one had really explained the fact that hair grows back darker and thicker after you shave it...
Anyways, I had some annoying hair on my stomach that was sort of embarrassing, so I shaved it every so often when I would get desperate before swimming and would be wearing a bikini or something. And now it's grown back really noticeably, and I really really HATE it!!! PLEASE tell me what to do! I've heard that you can bleach it, but what product should I use that i can get at walmart? and could it do anything weird to my skin or anything like that? I'm going to be working at a camp all summer, so i'll be in my bathing suit A LOT, and i really don't want to worry about it. HELP! (thanks!)

ive had a crush on this guy since the beginning of freshman year, then realized nothing could ever happen, so i moved on. We're friends, we talk a couple of times a week, I dont see him too much, hes a senior now I only have one class with him, and he sits on the other side of the room, so i cant really talk to him. And I have a crush on him again. I talk to him on aim a couple of times during the week, sometimes for hours, and i say hi or he pats me on the back or we exchange a few words at the end of class. He's a super nice guy, not a BAD kid at all! Takes priority in everything he does, hes nice to everyone. He's...not that typical dumbass, i mean it, he's really smart too, and me...im not the brightest crayon in the bo...

A question to ONLY people who have dyed their hair

This is specifically for people who have dyed their hair (preferably at a salon).
I AM A HAIR DYE VIRGIN!!!! who has always wanted to dye her hair
But my boyfriends mom just informed me that her hairdresser (who did hair for contestants in the miss usa pageant!!!!) does her hair for free (she does his taxes or something) and that he could do mine for free also!
So the question is;
Did it KILL your hair? If you only did it once. Like, how does your hair feel? I don't want my hair to be stringy. How long does it take?
Any advice is appreciated! (FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE DYED THEIR HAIR!)

Gym routine

So i am joining a gym. This was what I was planning to do when I go there;
STRETCHHH.
1. Jog there (like a mile) (with my waterrr bottle!)
2. Do some core on the machines
3. Do a "cool down" i guess on the ..biking machines?
4. go into the steam room
Does this sound good? Should I stretch afterward too? Any suggestions would be helpful
ps. im trying to tone upp not lose weight =]

my boyfriend has depression. i feel terrible for him, i'm so in love with him and i was wondering if anyone knows anything i can do to make it better? he's one of those kids that you would never expect to have depression because he has tons of friends and is really outgoing and i just wanna know anything i can do or any advice to help him get through this. we're both 16. thanks soo much.

ok, so your going to think i'm maybe ugly, or dumb for not knowing any of this but. im 17 & a junior. I'm not ugly i just haven't had that much experience with guys. Basically, me and my best friend have slowly become a little more than just that. friends. We're slowly doing the little flirting signs and dropping the hints to each other. We both really want to give US a chance, but at the end of our school year(we're in eighth grade) I'm moving to the other end of the country, and even if I stay he's going to a different school. We want to give dating a chance, but we're both really afraid we're going to get hurt when the summer comes, and we're aying goodbye.
I guess I just really want to know if we should give it a chance,get our hearts broken, but have had the good 5 months together, or don't risk it.

There's this new foreign-exchange student in my Spanish class. He's from Argentina (haha ironic, I know) and is living here with his cousin for three months. When he first came, all the girls flipped out because he's really cute, and the guys talked to him, too. However, now that everyone's used to him, not many kids talk to him. My teacher asked me to strike up some conversations with him because she know I'd be friendly. I also want to be friends with him. I've talked to him almost everyday that he's been here, but it's hard to do. I want to speak to him in Spanish so I can get better, but I don't know what to say! When I talk to him in English though, I feel bad because it's so much harder for him to talk to me in English, and he doesn't...

Hi, I'm a 32 y/o woman and have been married to my husband for about 5 years now. I love him dearly, but he just got an obession with porn. It seems like everyday when I leave to go to work he will be on the computer pulling up porn sites. I don't really want to confront him with it, because he can get very violent at times. Plus this is not the first time that I have noticed he was doing it, and I confronted him about it before, he told me he was going to stop. I guess he just could'nt do it! So what should I do?

Hi I always have to set the time on my computer when i sign on. Its always a few minutes behind. Well ive noticed lately that each time i turn off and on my computer the time gets slower and slower behind. Sometimes up to an hour behind. Is there a way i can fix this. I know computer who keep up with the time and not have to fix it everytime they sign on. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks alot!

so before i never / rarely got zits!
usually when i break out its just two.
but this time there everywhere! my forehead , my cheeks, im so self consious! I use neutrogina face wash inthe shower and then i use a face cream so my skin doesnt dry on my face.
Is there anything that works really good to get rid of zits, that you use or something?
I have a dance coming up in a week and i don't want to look like this! Is there anything that like makes zits come? I knwo that sounds weird, but like touching my face??
