I LOVE THAT DRESS
i want to know if there is anything like it....or how i can make it lol. its a top priority right now. i dont care how much it costs. can you please tell me where to get this dress and how much it costs?! THANK YOU<3

Unlikely there's anywhere you can buy one. Buy a black dress which fits well, and screen print the caution tape onto it, with opaque yellow clothing paint. Will take work, but you get to chose what it looks like.
