There is no way that you can make your period come any sooner or any later. Sometimes, exercise/diet changes will affect when you get your period, but I definitely do NOT recommend changing them just so you can change your period.
Myrrha answered Friday February 27 2009, 11:25 pm: Exercise isn't always going to work, but their are some ways that do work. The most fool proof way is certain birth control. Depo-provera will usually stop a period completely, but you have to go back to the doc every 3 months. If you take the pill, you can also skip the last week of your pack (the placebo week for your period) and just move on to the next pack. That way you don't have your period until you want it.
