I've been in pointe ballet since I was little, but I've recently gotten arthritis in my toes.
What other types of ballet are available that don't use pointe shoes, I want to keep dancing.

ok so im not supposed to get my period until like the 12th or 14th haha ya but for some reason i got my period sorta when i mean sorta im saying sorta becuase its like LIGHT and its not red its brown or black!!! is that normal and if i say i had sex like a week b4 that does that help :/

I'm 16/female.
I was in gymnastics for 7 years, but my parents pulled me out a couple of years ago.
Now I want to start dancing, jazz maybe ballet. I'm really flexible. I have all of my splits and good jumps.
Is it to late to start or do you thibk I would be able to jump in and catch up pretty quickly?

Pregnancy and Being Induced

3 days from today I am going to be admitted to the hospital to prepare for induction. I can reschedule for a later time, but the doctor thinks its best to do it now since the baby is already 7 1/2 pounds and will probably be 8 pounds by the day of induction.
I just am curious to know what being induced is like. My mother was induced 20 years ago, and she says it was a very unpleasant experience. However my doctor assures me that now the process has changed and they administer the medicine in a way that mimics natural labor.
So I would just like people who have been induced or know people who have been induced recently to share stories with me. Because I am really starting to freak out, and just need to know ho...

okay so ive heard calorie shifting raises your metabolism and helps you lose weight?
how exactly do you do this on your own?
can somebody give me an example?
i did the "fatloss4idiots" diet and i started losing weight it really does work but i stopped it because it had a lot of salty food items and it made me look bloated and ugly because i dont normally eat that kind of stuff i want to eat what i want, healthy foods but shift my calories to lose weight quick but im not exactly sure how to do it properly. anybody help?

A fiew years back I was diagnosed with herpes and I've grown tired of being alone and not having someone to share my interests and heart with. I find it completely pompus that sites make others like me pay to find love when we already strugle with our limitations the disease comes with.
Im asking if anyone knows of free sites to find love that decently populated with others in my situation.

I am part of a group of people who read our local newspaper online and comment on the news of the day in the public forums provided. It's great fun and offers an excellent place to interact with others.
Some of us have become close, exchanging e-mails and chat messages. One of the women has suggested we all get together at a local watering hole and meet each other, and the gang has agreed.

i usually tan a couple times a week.. and i dont want to be SUPPERR dark but i want to have a nice tan, and i think i do, but ive noticed im kind of orange? why am i getting a more orange color rather than a more brown color which is what i want. any ideas/help?

So me and this guy have only been dating for a little while and well me and him started to make-out last night and I told him I wanted to take things slow. I don't like to just jump into things you know? Thats not who I am. But he kept pushing and pushing to have sex and I kept telling him no. Well he just started kissing me again and I thought he understood that I wasn't going to have sex but then before I knew it he was pulling my pants off and started having sex with me even though I told him no. I didn't know what to do. I pretty much just shut down.... I feel completely horrible now. After that happened last night I can't stop thinking about what happened and I don't know what to think or what to do. I feel completely used and ashamed....

okay
so i had unprotected sex...kind of. it didnt go in all the way but there could've been precum. this was beginning of february. well i was supposed to get my period on the 27th ish but nothing happened. this past sunday i let my boyfriend finger me. he usually used two fingers but he went up to three. he noticed after i was bleeding. so i assumed i got my period. but when i went pee later i noticed that it wasnt bleeding anymore. so i guessed he popped my cherry? but over the next few days i still bled. but it was only like, the size of my thumbnail. thinking it was over, i let him finger me again. and once again discovered blood after. but its not bleeding now.
what the hells going on? period or not?
