okay so im not like fat but i dont hae a flat stomache and i liek take my moms diet pills and take them every morning, i dont really think they do anything but who knows.. i just wanna like get a flat stomache i think i need to do sit up to this tape i have but idk i dont ever have time and i dont wanna like throw up all the food i eat i think thats gross but does it work faster than sit ups??

Ok so i have sort of a tiny pot belly. I've done so many sit-ups to try to get rid of it. The only thing that happens is a get really muscular, but on top of all my muscle i still have my pot belly. It's weird. So its like a muscular pot belly.
Second, i have a crease right where my underwear line is. My underwear is not small on me so i dont know where the crease came from
Do you know what both of these are and how i can get rid of them???

Well, I'm 5' 3'' and weigh about 100 lbs. The thing that is rele bothering me, are my thighs. When ever I sit down in a seat they explode, and stretch out so far. They're like jello. I hate it. And also, i have a lot of stretch marks on my upper thighs...so now i'm to afraid to wear shorts and mini skirts. They're on the right and left side of my upper but, almost where my back/side is. and they're another pair in between my thighs, about a hand length away from my wasit. PLease,if there is anyone ut there... could you please tell me some leg exercises to get away all the jiggliness..and firm up my legs, w/o making them bigger. Ans how can i get rid of those stretch mark?!?! Thnx for everything<3

im 15 and a guy...i work out and all..and i dont excaclt yhave a six pack..but im not fat...and im self consious about my moles...i have a lot of them...and my nipples hang out a bit too...do people notice these things a lot?

Well, I am going to the club tonight and I am short and my legs and like big, and I am wearing a mini skirt. I love short skirts but i hate my legs. Is there anything I can do to make them look skinny by 8 o'clock tonite?

im not fat but my legs are huge in the inner thigh area. do u no any exersises to lose this fat and tone the musle .

I've been thinking of becoming bulimic lately because I want to lost wait for FL but is there any other way to become bulimic or lose weigh quickly so i can eat what i want? and dont think im going to keep doing this bc i will stop and i know some will say you cant stop right away its a habit but its not to me its just a quick thing... please help me

I have a dance this saturday. My stomach is pretty flat but i have big hips. It looks awkward because i have a small upper body, pretty much flat stomach, hardly any butt, and skinny legs.. so my hips just look weird, especially in my dress. I'd like to lose the fat around them by saturday. What are some quick ways/excercises to do that? Thanks so much!

k im 14, 5'8 and 110 lbs...so yeah im really slim, but not in a gross way. anyway, i've been getting alot of exercise lately because i started training for jr olympic volleyball...on the other hand, i've had a huge appetite and been eating a ton. also for background info, i have a very high metabolism. anyway, i've noticed im starting to get a bit of a tummy and it makes me feel sad! its probably diverting attention from my boobs too...whats the easiest way for me to get my flat stomach back (and don't suggest anything dietary...i love food)...specific exercises? thanks

i want to be more fit but my parents only buy junk food. When i dont eat this they keep telling me that i am becoming anorexic, and i'm not i just want to eat better. How can i explain this?

hey i have until early July to lose 15 pounds [i'm 5'3] but i have absolutly NO modivation. I keep thinking i'll start tomorrow every day but it never happens and i eat junk all the time. so sooner or later i'm only going to have like a month to lose 15 pounds which wouldnt be easy at all. what im saying is i need help and lots of it... does anyone have any pointers on modivation and what not to eat [that i could last without for 3 months :)] haha... thank you soo much.

hey everyone. I wondering how you can tone up your stomach really quickly, like in 2-3 weeks; without taking a trip to the gym. The problem is every time I do sit ups or crunches my stomach muscels ache for weeks(strange, I know!) I wanted to know if anyone has any other exercises or some form of dieting tips.

Is it at all possible to loose muscle without turning it into fat? Ive played softball most of my like so Im pretty muscular. Not disgustingly muscular. It looks like fat sometimes even though its not. If there is a way, how? Thanks in advance.

Hi, im 13, and ive got thing arms, and thin legs, below the knees. Ive got flab on my thighs, and on my stomach. Ive tried exercising, and dieting but i cant get the flab off. I need to look in good shape by 3 days.

i have sweating problems.. i sweat when im not even hot it just happens.. i got secret deoderant bcuz its a good brand but that didnt help.. do you think i should get a strong mens unscented deoderant? or get like prescribed deoderant? HELP! i dont want to sweat during the day anymore. thanks!!

13/f im like 112 lb is that over weight for my age??? and if so well my mom says we're getting the "Ab lounge" for some strange reason, well anyway can anyone who knows from experience tell me if the "Ab lounge" is a good way to exercise?
FYI my family is big boned (lol)
