To much muscle

Please help. I rate high.

Is it at all possible to loose muscle without turning it into fat? Ive played softball most of my like so Im pretty muscular. Not disgustingly muscular. It looks like fat sometimes even though its not. If there is a way, how? Thanks in advance.

Muscle does not turn into fat. I have no clue how to lose it but I did learn that from my Healthy Active Living class...wow it was actually good for something.
