Help please Hi, im 13, and ive got thing arms, and thin legs, below the knees. Ive got flab on my thighs, and on my stomach. Ive tried exercising, and dieting but i cant get the flab off. I need to look in good shape by 3 days.

Situps and squats work. Taking a walk a mile or two a day is very effective too. I bet you are skinny and just picking out your bad points. If I were you don't diet. I think 13 is too young for dieting. ]
(situps, ride your bike), i would suggest you not diet because your probably skinny and just pick out the things that arent prefect, but whos perfect? ]
