Well, I'm 5' 3'' and weigh about 100 lbs. The thing that is rele bothering me, are my thighs. When ever I sit down in a seat they explode, and stretch out so far. They're like jello. I hate it. And also, i have a lot of stretch marks on my upper thighs...so now i'm to afraid to wear shorts and mini skirts. They're on the right and left side of my upper but, almost where my back/side is. and they're another pair in between my thighs, about a hand length away from my wasit. PLease,if there is anyone ut there... could you please tell me some leg exercises to get away all the jiggliness..and firm up my legs, w/o making them bigger. Ans how can i get rid of those stretch mark?!?! Thnx for everything<3
