Exercise?! Well, I'm 5' 3'' and weigh about 100 lbs. The thing that is rele bothering me, are my thighs. When ever I sit down in a seat they explode, and stretch out so far. They're like jello. I hate it. And also, i have a lot of stretch marks on my upper thighs...so now i'm to afraid to wear shorts and mini skirts. They're on the right and left side of my upper but, almost where my back/side is. and they're another pair in between my thighs, about a hand length away from my wasit. PLease,if there is anyone ut there... could you please tell me some leg exercises to get away all the jiggliness..and firm up my legs, w/o making them bigger. Ans how can i get rid of those stretch mark?!?! Thnx for everything<3

To get rid of the stretch marks on your thighs, you just need to rub either cocoa butter or Vitamin E cream over them and they will fade away if you use one of these things for days. As for your thighs and to tone them, you can run, job, do leg lifts, squats, run in place, lunges, and you try bicycling. All of these activities/exercises will help tone your thighs/legs. ]
