My belly Ok so i have sort of a tiny pot belly. I've done so many sit-ups to try to get rid of it. The only thing that happens is a get really muscular, but on top of all my muscle i still have my pot belly. It's weird. So its like a muscular pot belly.
Second, i have a crease right where my underwear line is. My underwear is not small on me so i dont know where the crease came from
Do you know what both of these are and how i can get rid of them???

For your first question, doing sit-ups does not make you lose weight, it just gives you muscle, to see the muscle you have to get rid of the fat, the best way to do that is watching what you eat (soda makes a huge difference) and running! And the band is just to tight..

Theese are just normal. Some pot bellys are from other family members, so blame them. Lol, if you REALLY don't like it though, you might want to see a doctor. ]
Dont just do sit ups. go swimmming, or running or jogging even walking or go out on your bike.
