okay so im not like fat but i dont hae a flat stomache and i liek take my moms diet pills and take them every morning, i dont really think they do anything but who knows.. i just wanna like get a flat stomache i think i need to do sit up to this tape i have but idk i dont ever have time and i dont wanna like throw up all the food i eat i think thats gross but does it work faster than sit ups??

Also try and get an early dinner. Try to eat before 7.30 and not to have a lot of carbohydrate in this meal ie:potatoes, pasta, white rice. If you go to bed on a full stomach your body will not be able to digest everything before it shuts down to go to sleep so it will store everythiing else as fat. Also take some excercise. sdog1205 answered Sunday May 1 2005, 6:31 pm: Making yourself throw up will make your stomach flatter faster than doing sit ups but don't do it. I was bulimic for 5 years and I'm still not completely over it. It is not a good thing to do. Although sit ups will take longer and take more time it is safer. Making yourself throw up is NOT worth it. You will become addicted to it and pretty soon you will be extremely skinny. Stick to sit ups trust me it is much better for you and it will start to work.
marien answered Sunday May 1 2005, 5:29 pm: if you turn into a bullimic your throat will get sore from your stomach acid....and it does not work because the food was already used by half the calories. all you have to do is eat healthy....honest..i am 5'5 and i way 105. i dont eat hamburgers of hotdogs or anything like that but i eat chicken and turkey.

Try doing sit ups they work and do walking that tones your body up, try eating more healthy salads,pasta,fish,meat,bread and drink lots of water it can help inprove your skin.

That's not bad. The way to get rid of it is by doing a lot of crunches--not exactly sit-ups, but they're sort of like that. And doing push-ups and running laps helps a lot. Although doing sit ups can take a while...doing some..maybe 20..and increasing every so often by 5 ( like oding 30 one night..then 2 days later do 35....and an so on but stop at a resonalable number). Do not throw up the food you eat. Thats claled being bulimic, and it is not healthy AT ALL. You dont get any of the nutients you need, and you will not be in good condition in the long run. You said yourself that theyre not doing anything! Theyre just messing with your body! So my advice is : stop taking those pills(1). Now,2, sit ups and exercises for the abdomen are the best. Dont expect any results right away. It takes time of course.
I'll give you another exercise for legs and belly:

You will gain all the weight back you lost and your metabolism will screw up. If you want to have a flat stomach, just do crunches. They are just like sit ups, but you just put your hands behind your back. Try running and jogging on a treadmill or around your block.
