so me and my sister were messing aroudn with out hair one day and we decided to trim mine because we were bored but she ended up cutting a few inches off.. and i want it to grow back but idk how to make it grow faster or like if theres a shampoo i can use or something

I know it sounds weird, but there's a shampoo that designed for horses that makes your hair grow faster. It is supposed to work on people too, but I've never tried it. If you get teen magazines, try looknig in the back ads. I've seen a few advertisements for shampoos.

Nothing is going to make your hair grow faster... there are many myths... that say trimming makes your hair grow faster... but that is not true... it just seems like it is growing faster since its even and the ends are not split... another myth is that massaging oil (olive, almond, etc) makes ur hair grow faster... but the truth is massaging oil into your hair stimulates healthy hair growth... but will not make your hair grow faster... so you'll just have to wait... get a couple of magazines... and try a cute style for short hair...

omg! i just went to get a trim a few weeks ago and was like: only 1 or 1/2 inch, plz....and when it got blowdried, he had taken off FIVE! maybe more! so I feel your pain. okay so the good thing is that hair grows fastest when the weather is warm...that means summer will help it grow back faster. the main thing that contributes to hair growth is proteins, proteins, proteins! a good source of this is cereal and meat. best of luck & feelin your pain

Trimming DOES make your hair grow faster but in your case i wouldn't want to do that.. and I know this because I worked at a hair salon for a couple years.. there is a shampoo/conditioner at Wal*Mart that makes your hair grow faster I just can't think of the name right now..so just check some stores out! cuz i know there is..because if there's a shampoo to straighten/curl it theres one to make it longer! I read that heat makes hair grow faster which is why in the summer, you have a lot of hair and people have to shave more often. But aside of that, you can:
1) try hairstyles that dont show that your hair looks different. a ponytail perhaps?
2) go to a stylist and have them cut it evenly and just wait for it to grow back normally
3) this may be a myth but its said that braiding your hair at night makes it grow faster..thats what i do... i dontknow if its true though!

Hey there isnt anyway to get your hair to grow faster. It will grow in its own time. Dont worry about it. If you dont like it put it up in a ponytail for a few weeks untill it grows back, straigtening makes your hair look longer try that.

HI in a magazine it said that heat makes hair grow faster thats why in the summer you have to shave a lot and everything. it works the same way with your hair. so wash it and blow dry it and it should help. hopei helped. take care. x3 SweetStar.

i dont think there is anything to make it grow faster. Maybe have extensions put in until it grows back the length you want. just an idea

There is no way to make your hair grow faster and there is no shampoo either. Trimming your hair makes your hair grow faster. The only thing you can do is to either wait until your hair grows back or you can just keep your hair healthy and strong by using certain shampoos/conditioners that strengthens your hair.
