BeautifulXDismay answered Friday April 29 2005, 11:10 am: Well I am in the same problem. Here is what I do, before my parents go to the gorcery store I give them a list. Listed on there are Vegables and fruits. Also working out is a major part. You can still eat junk food, just don't eat alot. Hope I helped. Come to my Column sometime and ask me more questions. I am only happy to help you. [ BeautifulXDismay's advice column | Ask BeautifulXDismay A Question ]

Duckie answered Friday April 29 2005, 10:27 am: Ha..that sucks. Tell them that you'd rather eat food that's healthier, and since that isn't a choice at your house, you choose not to eat. Ask them to buy a few healthier things for you at the grocery store and then you'll eat!
