I have a dance this saturday. My stomach is pretty flat but i have big hips. It looks awkward because i have a small upper body, pretty much flat stomach, hardly any butt, and skinny legs.. so my hips just look weird, especially in my dress. I'd like to lose the fat around them by saturday. What are some quick ways/excercises to do that? Thanks so much!
LoLo2454 answered Saturday April 30 2005, 2:29 pm: There are some really simple exercises you can do. Heres one that I always do:
Lay down like you are about to do crunches. Then roll over on your side in that position with your legs still bent but with your knees touching. (If your knees arent touching throughout the entire workout then it will not work.) Then act as if you were doing normal crunches. But not side to side, still up and down.
Let me know if thats sort of confusing. But it works great and should make an improvement. Hope I helped :)

They are just like ordinary crunches, you just move to the side. That's basically the only way and exercise to get rid of them. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
