CHAPPED LIPS

ugh ok so my lips are always bright red and peeling. it never goes away and i can never peel all of it off :[
HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS?! and make them not red... they never used to be like this.
I also compulsivley put on chapstick ha ha but even went i cut back on chapstick it still didnt go away ...
is it the chapstick? or my lips? or rubbing them together too much? HELP

My boyfriend's mom & sister-in-law have always kind of had a love/hate relationship, I guess. They get mad at each other then make up. I'd never seen it happen, though, until today.
I was at their house & my boyfriend's mom pretty much went off on his sister-in-law for not helping out with the kids (his sister-in-law has 5 kids & his mom & dad pretty much raise them). She was telling her that she wanted to be able to talk to me without having to yell at the kids, but his sister-in-law was just messing with her phone. So, then they pretty much went there seperate ways.

I have a best friend (we've been best friends for a few years now) we always have our moments and she jsut treats me like crap all the time. I can't take it anymore. She doesn't know how to say sorry. She's been with this boyfriend for about 4 months now & he's 6 years older than her and so of course I want to meet him. why can't i stick to one boy?

i say i like a guy but when another guy comes along and i start to think we are just friends. He tells me he likes me! i want at least one guy to be my friend (sounds weird). Then he'll ask if i like him. And some how i always have to say "maybe or i don't know" because im scared that if i say no they won't want to be friends anymore. How can i get over this? and do the right thing??

Im a singe parent with daughters ages 14,11 and 9, my 14yr old was recently diagnosed with psychosis nos i work full time, im having thoughts of quitting my job so that i coud be at home with my kids, but im very fearful because how will i be able to support my famiy,i have alot of debt, and their father is a dead beat my kids only have me as their provider, my job can be very stressful, and when i come home i also have to dedicate as much time as possibe with my chidren i need advice

I have this best-friend from 6th grade and during the summer we only talked on myspace. Then he started ignoring me and when school started I talked to him and asked him why he ignored me and he said things change people change. I was really upset. I know I should just drop it and forget about him, But he was my best-friend. I've tried to forget about him, but when I finally start he talks to me! I get so mad at him when he talks ot me I just ignore him. I've tried to be his friend tons of times and when I don't want to be his friend because I'm finally done thinking about him ha talks to me! I don't know what to do! I don't know whether he wants to be my friend or not! HELP!

So i just got back from travelling to florida with my friend and her family. i would like to get them a gift of som sort, just to show that i really do appreciat them taking me along. Last year i went with them and i gave them about $150 dollars worth of gift cards. im in 9th grade, 14 years old, about 100 pounds, and 5'1", and i am COMPLETELY flat-chested. and when i say that, im not exaggerating. i don't just have really small boobs, there's nothing there at all. i have the chest of a seven year old. no one i know is like me, and i feel like im not normal. people say to be patient, but im so afraid ill never get them. is this possible?
p.s.: i've just started my period a little while ago, and all other signs of puberty are there.
