plz help

i need to lose like 5 pounds in a hurry see if i lose five pounds i can go modle im 13 and the agancey said im perfect but if i lose five more pounds i can get 4 times as many jobs soo plz and these meed to be long lasting no quick fixes like belimia and anerexcia

i'm 14 almost 15 and im overweight. I use to weighh 180 pounds when i was in the 6th grade but i lost most of it..and now i weigh like 150. i wantt to loose weight. I just can't seem to stick to a diet but i am really going to try. Does anyone have any ways i can complete my goal of 120 andd in 6 months?

I want to lose weight but I can't seem to do so. I can have my mind set on anything except not eating so much food. Can someone please help me so that I can lose weight and gain muscle before the new year.

I've been sick with the Flu and an ear infection for the past 5 days. I'm feeling much better today and I hope to be back on my normal schedual by tomorow. I love to work out, It makes me feel good and energized. However, when I was sick I didn't work out. I want to go back to my normal workout routine but I was wondering how long I should wait? Since I've been so sick should I wait like another week, a few days ? I'd love some help :)

Getting In Shape.

I'm currently working on getting in shape for the upcoming volleyball season. I'm an average healthy weight but I have a gut. It sticks out almost 2 inches above my spandex. My thighs also bulge out about 1 1/2 inch. Does anyone have some good workouts that will target these areas? Or any websites that would help me out? ( Please not toneteen.com ) Thankss :)

I am sooo ugly. I mean I am 13 I weigh 210 and I am 5'8. I am built like a man and I don't wear skirts, dresses, or anything like that. My face is 'sorta' fat. My butt is flat. I can't wear my hair down cause its to fuzzy. The guy I like likes my best friend he even said she had a 'nice' a**. :'( I have streatch marks all over my arms and legs.... Should I just get rid of myself or live in misery? Please no smart a**es.

heyy there everyone. i want to make my thighs slimmer. i have a really tiny body but my thighs are massive...like no joke! and it looks really stupidd. i would also like to loose a little bit in my stomach...like mostly around my abs. i work out every night and drink 3-4 water bottles per day but i dont really see a result. is there anything i could do to make my thighs slimmer and abs tighterr? also how long should it take?

I have a problem. I cannot seem to stop eating. I at times have control over what I eat, but on the weekends when I have time on my hands, I eat a lot. Today, I said to myself that I would not eat a whole bunch and I did anyway. I am not sure what is causing me to do this, but I could use some tips to stop stuffing my face all of the time. It will start when I am hungry, but then I don't stop after I am satisfied.
AHHHH!

I rate high for good advice.

When you do excersizes for your butt & thighs (like lunges and squats) would it build up muscle and therefore kind of, ''plump'' your butt up or would it build up muscle that wasn't visual?

Cause the last thing I need is to ''plump'' up my butt. LOL.

Can you lose weight at work?

I just started a job two weeks ago in a large store where I am on the floor as a sales rep in the clothing department.
Before I was working at the store I had a lot of spare time and would work out every day at the gym for a half hour or more. Since I started working I havent had the time or energy to work out anymore, but suprisingly I've lost more weight at my job than at the gym!! My jeans are hanging off of me and a month ago they were tight. My job consists of a lot of walking and cleaning up. I have to walk around quickly to assist customers and put away all the clothes. Do you think this is the cause of my weight loss?

ok im an athlete so i have practice at night & get home around 9ish & i was wondering if it's totally disgusting to take a shower in the morning before school? im a girl, but like i have homework & stuff when i get home, & i juss go to bed, nothing else. if i take a shower at night, my hair gets weird & i don't think you should take a shower twice a day. any ideas??

Okay.. i`m 13, 5'7 and 131 pounds.. i'm so fat ! all my friends say i'm skinny and that i'm all muscle but i think they just say it because they are my friends and would never actully say that i'm fat. i want to loose like 15 pounds because i went to a health store and entered my height and weight (this was when i was 5'6and weighed less) and it told me that i should be 95-105 pounds ! and i thought that was kind of weird.. but i'll do whatever it takes. i want to be skinny. please help.
