heyy there everyone. i want to make my thighs slimmer. i have a really tiny body but my thighs are massive...like no joke! and it looks really stupidd. i would also like to loose a little bit in my stomach...like mostly around my abs. i work out every night and drink 3-4 water bottles per day but i dont really see a result. is there anything i could do to make my thighs slimmer and abs tighterr? also how long should it take?

sexyabercrombiechick answered Monday November 21 2005, 3:48 pm: The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to excercize and cut calories...a teen ager cna eat up to 1800 calories and still lose weight. (I got that from a diet book so its true). Also, it varies how lang it takes someone who needs to lose less it will take longer. I dont have an exact time months porbably. I recommend swimming for your abs. It REALLY helps keep your weight off and it gives you TONS of muscle. Hope I could help!
