When you do excersizes for your butt & thighs (like lunges and squats) would it build up muscle and therefore kind of, ''plump'' your butt up or would it build up muscle that wasn't visual?
Cause the last thing I need is to ''plump'' up my butt. LOL.
Cheers <3

angel_sarah23 answered Friday November 18 2005, 12:45 pm: well i thought that it would bring up the muscles that wasn't already visual but that didnt happen in my case, i did an exacise video for an hour every other day sometimes every day for 3 weeks before going on holiday it was working on all kinds of exacises and like when i went to put my trousers on by the end of the second week my butt was too big and i already had a huge bum so i asked my teacher why i was gaining weight and she said it probably plumped up the muscles and i was like oh my god lol! well thats my story i wouldnt know if it the same for everyone tho! (my boy friend loved it tho lol ;) ) x x x [ angel_sarah23's advice column | Ask angel_sarah23 A Question ]
