What's the difference between a homicide and murder?

Apparently Michael Jackson's recent death was labeled as a homicide. From what I understand, his doctor, Conrad Murray, is being held responsible for Michael Jackson's death because he administered lethal dosages of the drug propofol. If this is true then why isn't it referred to as murder? I mean, wouldn't they be the same thing? I'm seriously missing something, I think. Could somebody clear this up for me and let me know the difference between a homicide and a murder? Maybe they're the same thing only there's two different words for it..?

So, was Michael Jackson's death ruled as a murder or what? I'm curious because some people at work were saying how they just KNEW Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray,killed him. I didn't know if they actually had an official ruling or not...anybody know?

Fashion website?

I had a website bookmarked on my old laptop, but because it broke down completely, I can't get to it any more.
So, the website was a fashion one, you could pick out clothes from the site, or Google images, and so on. And then resize them and whatnot to make it look like an outfit...
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
It wasn't like a game... pictures of real clothes?
And the background of the site was white. It might've changed?

zits you can feel but cant see

how are you supposed to get rid of zits before they come up? I can feel one in my chin and it really hurts but you can't see it yet...is there any way I can get rid of it soon? I don't want a big zit on my chin the first day of school (in two days!)

Gay marriage

If my uncles were to get married in Massachusetts and moved to another state that does not perform civil unions or same sex marriages, will they still be considered married by the state?
Also, what's the difference between a civil union and gay marriage? I know obviously there is a strong social meaning to saying you're "married" but my mom said that because of the Defense of Marriage Act, even if youre a gay couple married in Mass. that on a federal level, you aren't given any benefits?

i just bought a new computer, and its fine and everything, but when i go on websites, the screen is kind of small compared to how it was on my old computer.. any way to make them bigger? oh and i know to like just click on the side to expand it, but it just shows it blank.. any help would be great!

i did all that exactly, and yes it did work. but i'm still confused.. what about my apps?? my ipod is plugged in and i still see them but.. also how do i see like how it shows your ipod and the number, and how much room you have left and all thaT?? i got my music back from my ipod touch, but what about the ipod nano? do i just follow those same instructions?? i'm just really confused, if you can help in any way, that would be great. :)

I'm not trying to sound conceited when I say this, but I am a really good friend. I have helped people stop cutting and feel better about themselves. (only my close friends who tell me things) I tell them to get help and try to help them as much as I can to the best of my ability. I'm kind of like the go-to person, the one they vent to, then one they can trust.

so i have this white stuff coming out of my vagina, is it a good thing or a bad? like it smells really bad. if im in class and i open my legs to sit or something then you smell it. i went on birth control and when you first get it, the girl goes inside your vagina and sees if you have anything wrong, but she said that i dont have anyhting wrong with me but idk how to get rid of the white stuff && the smell..

Okay, so I am 17 years old and a senior in high school, and my boyfriend graduated last year and went to college this fall. A lot of my friends tell me that I should break up with him so we could date people that we could see all the time, but i really like him and I dont want to end a relationship of 10 months just because i miss him. I'm having a difficult time letting go of my ex. Its been a year since we broke up, but I still love him even though we were mostly just a summer fling and weren't a serious relationship. Now he likes one of my best friends and they're trying to have a relationship. I'm trying to be supportive but it's really taking a toll on me. Its one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
Well...I've pretty much given up on him coming around and liking me again. I just don't see it happening. But I still love him and can't get over him and I don't know why.
Surprisingly, my question isn't about how to get him back or how to get over him. I mean if you have some advice for that, then I'm definitley open minded to it. But...

Does anyone know where I could find a licensed nail technician for my sweet 16? I live in New York. I really need one. I checked craigslist and so did my mom. All we seem to find is Spa stuff. And all I want is someone who would just do nails (painting them)! No spa. Does anyone know where I could find somewhere that would only do nails and not the whole spa things?
