hey i am 14 5'8 and 115 lbs. im very skinny for my age and height and recently ive lost 5 pounds in 3 or 4 days. im scared that im really sick but i dont know whats worng

I have bought a treadmill, healthy food, and I plan to do exercises. But I still can't get rid of the feeling that no matter what I do, I won't be able to lose weight. I've been fat for so long I just don't feel like this will do anything to help me. I guess what I'm asking is, will it?
Will a half an hour-an hour of going on the treadmill as well as healthier eating help me lose weight? I know that a pound is 3000 calories, and I guess it just seems impossible to me. I'm only 15... please help.

ALRIGHT. I can't take this anymore! I've tried every diet you can do & seen a nutrisionist. For awhile I just ate wayy less and lost about 7 pounds (over summer) but I'm pretty sure it's all back now. I honestly don't know how much I weigh because we don't have a scale, but I'm guessing 170-180. And I'm 5'2. Yeah, hah I'm fat. Before I moved to TEXAS (in third grade) I was never fat, I was reeeally skinny actually, less than normal. Then, I guess all the fat asses in Texas had such an influence on me I decided to become one myself!
Kay, no really, what the hell do I do to lose weight. Give me some exercises that will help, or even a plan of meals per day. Please please please, and make sure it works. I'll follow it exactly as long as it truly works. Thanks.

I need to lose 15 pounds in less than two weeks. Now I don't need any bull*hit answers I need ones that work and fit into a constracted time schedule of 1 1/2 hours 3-4 days a week 5 max, I also need diet as well.

okay you know how some people say you're lighter when you weigh yourself in the morning?? is that true?? i was wondering what your real weight was..like in the morning er in the afternoon/day because i noticed when i weigh myself in the morning i weigh less than at night.

Hola, i need some serious help for my thighs! I HATE them and summer is coming up, i dont want to spend another summer ebing emabaraassed in my bathing suit. PLEASE if anybody ahs got any tips on how to lose the flabh from the thigs and/or lower stomach. Diet tips are helpful too, im desperate, and WILL RATE 5's!!

I am a 5'4'' female that weighs 137 punds. I am turing 14 next month. If you thhink im fat, your wrong. I have a tiny tummy but no one would ever guess because i am skinny. My question is.. Ok, I am a 16/f. I am very busy. I go to school, then right away after school I have work. After work I come home do my homework and leave. I also am very forgetful and kind of overweight. I was just wondering if there is any kind of diet that would be good. Something easy to remember, because I have bad memory, and I need to lose this weight. Is there any like exercises I can do? That are easy to remember to do? Help me

First off, Im 13 years old girl and I play lacrosse. It requires alot of running and I have asthma. I dont have it very bad, but the inhaler seems to help. Anyways, im not very good at running. Its very annoying, because in this sport you must run long distances, and you have to run fast. Im not sure if its asthma or if its because im out of shape. Im not fat or anything, normal size, but im not very flexible and my personal fitness teacher said that if your not very flexible and you cant run a mile in under 11 min. that your out of shape. I took 15:30 on my mile and a BOYS average on flexibility. I am pretty good at sports though and I dont feel out of shape at all.

i've started track, i'm going to start out throwning but i might go to running, i'm not sure yet. but the thing is practice is until 4. by the time i get home i no longer want to exercise.
how do i still find time && stay motivated to exercise after track practice??
any tips?

Hi. This is F/14.
My problem is (If this is a problem)I Have no pubic hair on my armpits and around vagina. My skin there is just like 8 year old girl. I started my periods one & a half year back. Is this a big problem. What may be the reason? I am worried about any future disease. Please advice?
