There can be different reasons for this which are usually hormonal related. But the good news is that most disorders such as this can be treated. You should see a Dr for diagnosis and treatment which will hopefully prevent future problems with your health. If the Dr finds no cause for concern then at least you can stop worrying. It may be embarassing to see a Dr for this reason, but it is very important that you do. He/She won't think anything about it and will be glad to help.

Honestly, your normal & lucky. Really.
But you dont get pubes under your arm, that some call "armpit hair" or, just regular hair.
But if you dont get it by sixteen, go see a docter.

I am sure that there is no problem:pubic hair(or the lack thereof) is as intensely personal a bodily issue as growth rate, height, breast size et.al. Please don't worry. I can understand that it makes you feel uncomfortable, but be happy in the knowledge that many women would kill for your "problem". I f you are still concerned, you should visit your doctor, but I am sure that s/he would say exactly the same as I do. Everyone is different.
Take care, Lucretia x.

What she said down there. Also, you don't get pubic hair under your arms. That's just regular hair.

WEll sometimes it takes some girls longer to get hair around the privates and armpits. If you feel worried about this. I would ask your mom to take you to the doctors and see if there might be a problem or if its nothing to worry about. When i was your age i got my periold when i was nine but didn't get any hair until i was about 15. so you could wait or talk to your mom. hope i helped.
