Hola, i need some serious help for my thighs! I HATE them and summer is coming up, i dont want to spend another summer ebing emabaraassed in my bathing suit. PLEASE if anybody ahs got any tips on how to lose the flabh from the thigs and/or lower stomach. Diet tips are helpful too, im desperate, and WILL RATE 5's!!

hmm. i have the SAME problem darlin.

have you tried thigh lifts?
its when you lay on your side
and lift one leg up and lower it slowly,
and repeat about 25-30 times.

then go on your other side and do the same,
also you could try lower body aerobics.

doing the thigh lifts every night before bed and
doing the aerobics 2-3 times a week and your
sure to have stronger/slimmer thighs
by summer. not to mention with the aerobics
youll prolly be shrinking everywhere else too =]
