Ever since I could remember I've been doing hundreds of repititions on my stomach every night. Recently, I tried adding a little bit of thigh work, and got results in just a few days, but I also lost some of my butt. I've always been happy with that, and I don't want to lose it but I'd also like to keep my thighs in better shape. Does anyone have any workouts that wouldn't make my butt shrink down, but could help my thighs be more muscular, or do the two kind of go hand in hand?

If you work out your Abs / Arms / Thighs how long does it take the flab to go away and the muscle to form...also, what are good workouts for those 3 body parts?

well i have asthma and i need to know some ways to make me a better runner
i run varsity track and i am fast but i can never complete our workouts or even complete a 400 meter without having to stop. i currently use an inhaler before i run but and ive been told the more i push myself the better my asthma will get but that isnt what happens i just feel worse and get sick to my stomach and light headed
im going to the doctors soon but until then what are some things i can do to build up my stamina but wont get me out of breath because i know the more you run the better you get but i want to get better but i cant increase my workout and need something else to do where i can get the same effect

I'm about 5'4" and I weigh 180. Now every night my weight flunctuates and goes anywhere from 174-181. I plan to go gym...which I will start monday but I really need advice on how much weight I need to lose...n how much lbs is healthy to loose in 1 month. I checkd my BMi n it's like I'm obese...n bout 135-140 is the highest normal weight I can have. That's like 40- 50 lbs I want to loose. Now I don't plan on jus losin it in one month cause I'll get bulemic//eatin disorder. I'm planning to stay in the gym for at least 1 years and stuff but I really want to lose the weight in like 3-4 months. How can I achieve this? How much lbs is healthy to lose in 1 month? And is 135-140 my perfect score?

I have a little bit of fat like above my hips. I think they're love handles, lol.
I'm doing crunches and situps and stuff. I wanna know, will those work to get rid of that, or is there some trick I don't know about? I'm not doing leg lefts - should I start?

Hey I was wondering, do you guys know any good workout machines? One time i saw this exercize thing on T.V. being advertised and it made you do crunches and it works really good. And i want to know if anyone knows any good machines that help you work out your abs at a reasonable price. Thanks!

im 13/f and i really think im fat. i weigh almost 120 pounds and im only 13! my friend who's a sophmore weighs less than me! its so embarrasing and its so hard for me to lose weight. i told my dad that i wanted to lose weight and stuff and he was like your fine the way you are adn he just keeps buying all this food thats really fatty and stuff... i dont no he is just trying to make me NOT lose weight. i even do some exersises at night and all i want is to be able to wear a tight shirt and not be emabrassed! i have love handles too. they suck. i just dont no what to do.. please help =]

ok so i have real bad problems with my weight..im 14 and i wiegh 111 pounds. is that fat? i have depression about my wieght all the time. If someone calls me fat ( even if they are joking ) i dont eat for like a week. My friends always yell at me when i tell them i'm fat or look fat in something...but i really think i am.
can u tell me if thats fat? and if not any ideas on how i can except that im not. ill rate all 5's for people who arent idiots about it.

I've been working out a lot recently - mostly crunches and ab work, but I haven't been doing much cardio at all (I am doing that now). I feel like my abs are getting stronger, and I swear I can see the shadow of a decent set under all my fat (lol)
But if I tighten my abs I feel like there's MORE fat there. Or at least what's there is squishier.
I may be paranoid (it's a definite possibility), but if not, is this normal?
...am I weird(er than usual)?

16 - Male. Just wondering, but it seems to me that my thighs or just legs in general are a lot bigger than the rest of my body proportion wise. I'm 5'11 and 155 lbs. I am skinny, but have been all my life, and while I have barely any fat on my legs, its all bone and muscle but appears to be bigger than it should. Is this natural? I'm kind've bony, like you can see my ribs [not sticking out in a gross way] but my legs don't really fit in with what the rest of my body is...or maybe the other way around; is everyone like that and I just havn't noticed? I've been concerned because I think I need to put on weight. Thanks a lot.

I've decided I want to be more in shape and eat healthier. I don't neccasarily need to loose weight, 5'4" - 135 lbs. But I just want to tone up and eat better. Can anyone suggest work out plans / healthy eating habits / or websites to give me this information? It is greatly appreciated, getting ready for summer/prom =]

hey! well im not really overweight..i just feel a little chubby. and i usually do anywhere from about 30-60 situps each day..or i try to! its SOOO hard for my to eat healthier tho..really it is :( thats why i dont think i could ever go on a diet..but i decided that i wanted to start running on my treadmile..maybe that will tone my stomache? but how often do you think i have to run and for how long?? or is there anything else i could do by exercising to try and tone my tummy?

Im gonig on holiday to spain soon which im looking forward to but.. My FIT lads going to be coming =[. Dont get me wrong thats great but..
Im overweight and havent got a bikini body at all!!
i need to lose about 15 pounds to be my ideal weight, and yes this has been told by my doctor so its not a case of 'OMG i think im fat, diet diet diet and get anorexic now' Kind of thing.
How can i maintain a healthy weight and toned body intime??
in say.. two months?? im not expecting any miracles but an improvement atleast!
diet plans and excercise plans would be great. Home excercises preferably <3

I am 14 years old and female. Recently, I have been so stressed out, depressed, unhappy, eating way more than I used to (it is overeating), and gaining massive amounts of weight (my clothes barely fit any more and that makes me so upset). Plus I am always tiered and sulky. What do you think is wrong with me? What should I do?
