honu22 answered Monday March 20 2006, 8:31 pm: Gain muscle- work out.
But assuming that you are healthy, why do you need to gain weight?
Whatever you do, make sure your health comes first (aka not eating junk food). Go ask your doctor before you make changes in your diet or anything else. [ honu22's advice column | Ask honu22 A Question ]
GCchicca01 answered Monday March 20 2006, 12:09 pm: Well, do you eat fast food? You could eat SOME fast food, but more vegetables and fruit. If you do eat a lot of fast food, or some, then make sure you exercise daily. That way, you'll be gaining the weight you need, and when you exercise, it's getting
rid of what you don't need. [ GCchicca01's advice column | Ask GCchicca01 A Question ]
Alin75 answered Monday March 20 2006, 10:30 am: I would join a gym and start doing weights. If you train and create a positive calorie balance then you will start putting on muscle. Make sure that although you eat a relatively large amount of calories (a few hundred above what you burn), that you still eat healthy balanced meals, somewhat high on protein.
I dont know how specific you want this answer, so I will leave it at that for now. If you want to know more specific stuff regarding workouts just drop me a question. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
