Im gonig on holiday to spain soon which im looking forward to but.. My FIT lads going to be coming =[. Dont get me wrong thats great but..
Im overweight and havent got a bikini body at all!!
i need to lose about 15 pounds to be my ideal weight, and yes this has been told by my doctor so its not a case of 'OMG i think im fat, diet diet diet and get anorexic now' Kind of thing.
How can i maintain a healthy weight and toned body intime??

diet plans and excercise plans would be great. Home excercises preferably <3
yah i know exactly how u feel.. i think the best way for yopu to loose the wait is by either using like a terdmill or even doing yoga/palaties. also eat right..try not to eat any junk food. also if worst come to wost you could wear like a tankini that convers your belly. but if you execicse and eat right and do it everyday for the next 2 months you sohuld be able to loose around 10-12 pounds...maybe even 15
heyybaby answered Wednesday March 15 2006, 6:44 pm: Okay, of course eat less & exercise more! I know everyone's going to say that, but it's so true. I totally wish there was some magical thing that would make us whatever weight we wanted, though, hahah. Drink plenty of water, it cleans your body out! Do crunches everynight before bed, or whatever time is best for you, do as many as you can, try 50 maybe each night. You'll see fabulous results from that. Also, biking and running! Whether it's around your neighborhood or at home on a treadmill or bike thing, heheh. Trade some sugary foods that you eat for fruits! I know you'll be able to lose the weight, good luck girl! :] [ heyybaby's advice column | Ask heyybaby A Question ]
