Fat ok im thin but i have a little stomach crap and i want it gone what should i do to get rid of it and i dont over eat and i am in softball

1-2 forward flexion exercises (sit-up, crunch, etc.)
1-2 side flexion exercises (side crunches, side bends, etc.)
1-2 rotational exercises (standing twists, trunk rotations, etc.) ]
