There's really nothing you can do to make your breasts bigger. They offer vitamins which promise to do this, however they are not recommend to children. How old are you anyways? If you are a younger then 18, forget about that option entirely. Furthermore, I don't suggest dwelling on this. Chances are you still have many years left to develop, and you're breasts don't stop growing until you're around 19 or so.

There are pills and stuff but nothing else. Or you could wear a super padded bra. But remember, your boobs should be porportional to your body. If your smaller then smaller boobs look so much better. If your skinny smaller boobs look so much better too. If you ever see models all there boobs are like size 32s-36s!

Theres pills and stuff. But other than that,no. You don't say how old you are, so I'm not sure if you're still growing. Boobs grow naturally. Birth control pills have a side effect of making boobs bigger. Give your boobs time, and maybe they'll get bigger. :]
