I have a little bit of fat like above my hips. I think they're love handles, lol.
I'm doing crunches and situps and stuff. I wanna know, will those work to get rid of that, or is there some trick I don't know about? I'm not doing leg lefts - should I start?
Igotamonopoly answered Sunday March 19 2006, 11:41 am: Mmkay. Regular situps and crunches don't work there. Lay on your back and sit criss-cross-aplesauce (haha!) wight your feet in the air. It actually just makes muscle, making it look more firm & less flabby. A way to get rid of love handles is to diet, not an extreme one, just a light one to get rid of the flab.
