Ok.. Here's the thing.. I'm 15 female & I'm 5'8" also.. Im like 175 pounds.. so yeah.. I'm overweight & it really sucks. I was wondering if anybody out there knew of any good websites with diet plans or exercise guides or anything. I mean, my biggest problem is stress with grades & all & when I'm stressed out I tend to eat. So.. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on a healthy weight loss plan without the use of crash dieting. (link)

This is going to be very long...Ok well recently i've been trying to loose weight myself so i know how you feel about being stressed out and eating.

that website is a really good one to help you keep track and it it can tell you how much weight you have to loose a week to reach your goal and other stuff. My work-out plan right now is running 2ce a week for 30 minutes, and abs and legs every night. For eating, you should deffinitly have breakfast because it gets your metabolism going. Also eat lunch and dinner, but only snacks a day that are nutritional, so like an apple or some sort of fruit. Not eating after you have dinner is a good idea. When your with your friends you normally dont realize how much your eating so just be aware of that. Most always drink water instead of pop && if you do have pop then have diet. Sorry its long, but I need help. So, I'm 15, and I have a boyfriend, "George". And he isn't the type to get jealous. But I flirt with other guys. And I don't feel bad about it, and shouldn't I? Also, yesterday I almost kissed this guy "Miles", and I wanted to kiss him. And besides all that I like this other guy "Ryan". So now, when I'm around "George" I'm really quiet and not myself, cause I'm thinking about "Ryan". I don't know what to do. Is this normal even? What should I do? (link)

well, what i would prob. do, is i would just dump George because hes obvisly not the preson you like, and you seem to enjoy being single more then having a boyfriend, and yet every loves to flirt its normal but yet again, not to kiss someone when you have a boyfriend, thats cheating and thats a path you shouldnt go down, and if you dump george then you can flirt and not have him hanging over your head, you can tell ryan your feelings, and like miles also, now but if you tell ryan your feelings and you guys go out, and i dont think should flirt a lot, you can flirt a little, a normal amountt and hang out with ryan and stuff, but if that happends ditch this miles guy, but if you go with miles then ditch ryan.

I have a little bit of fat like above my hips. I think they're love handles, lol.
I'm doing crunches and situps and stuff. I wanna know, will those work to get rid of that, or is there some trick I don't know about? I'm not doing leg lefts - should I start? (link)

well foods like bread and grain can cause that. so cutting down on eating those will help, but i suggest that you run for 20-30 min atleast twice i week, and keep doing your crunches and sit-ups also.
