i am 15, 5'8 and i weigh 125-130. i feel so fat. can you tell me if i am over reacting or what i could do to lose 10-15 pounds..

im about 5'6 and weigh 134. im not happy with the way i look. i have huge theighs, and i chubby stumach. summer is ALMOST here in about two months. ive been thinking about making myself throw up, but i dont want to turn bolimic. it just seems like the only way to lose the weight, since i have muscles under the fat. ive cut down on the junk food drastically. i just cant seem to lose any weight. anyone have any tips?

anyways i weigh almost 100 lbs and i think thats too much. im not even big, so idk
is that normal for my height/age?

i'm 14/f. i'm 5'3" and 115 pounds. i love to stay in shape and eat healthy, etc. i don't want to exercise too much and get sick or anything. i always make sure to drink enough water before, during, and after exercising. people. i have heard that 30 minutes of physical activity per day is healthy, but i don't know a specific answer for my body type. i normally spend 20-30 minutes every few days on this schwinn stationary bike thing. what is a normal and safe amount of exercise per day for me?

i have huge love handles and they bug me so bad cause i look bad in everything. :[ does anyone know and exercises to get rid of them. i started runnning and doing sit-ups and cruntches what else should i do? and how long will it take to see results?

Okay, graduation is only a month and some change left.. I think, May 27. Okay I need to tone my body. I want my breast to be firmer and I want abs. Can someone help me with what I need to do, eat. I run track and that's toning my legs. I'm not really big, jus a lil' flabbly arond the tummy. I'm only 120, n 5'3. Please help me and fast. Thank you in advance

okay i'm 14 and i really want to tone up my body.. i have muscle working tapes and i do crunches, sit ups, crunch machines, squats, kicks, etc... i have a good work out plan
i'm not fat and i don't really wanna loose weight.. i just want to make my stomach flatter and hard and tone up my legs so theyre not as flabby.. kinda like jessica simpson.. she's got nice toned legs and stomach but shes not like overly thin like nicole richie..
now since i'm 14.. it's so hard to diet cause i'm growing and i havta see all my friends eat and i cant.. is there any way i can eat whatever i want and still get the body i want by just working out and not doing the diet part of it?
please give real answers.. this is really important to me

i have acne marks on my face..well i have them on my cheeks to be more specific..i wish they could fade away..is there anything that can help me?? or is there anyway i can hide them?? is there anything that can permanently remove them..i used be a confident girl but now because of this i have lost my confidence and dont like the way i look..i want to get rid of this prob..

well i am in an embaressing situation..when i remove hair from my thighs and upper leg by either shaving or waxing it seems to leave marks sometimes...right after removing hair the skin is little red and sometimes there are black marks or sometimes there are marks like acne....if i dont remove hair than there is no such problem...i need some solution to this..something that will calm my skin after removing hair...

Hi. I am 14. My mom is VERY hard to work with. I have talked about shaving before, and she says "Why honey? Who do you need to impress?" I dont want to impress anyone I just want to shave. Well, if you can help me try and talk her into it or something. THANKS~

ive been taking birth control and these pills to make you're breasts grow. (natureday.com) i think and hope its working. i have quit smoking on a regular basis and only do it once awhile and have been eating ALOT! any tips on how i can gain weight and a poportional body in less than 5 months while being at home?

okay i've been eating the same foods i normally do, not healthy..idk juss regularly, but i've been weight lifting, & i thought i'd probably lose weight. i gained 2 lbs!!! could this be turned into muscle & that's why i gained more??

so i am a female at age 13 going on 14. and about a month ago when i was working on a project with two guys(nerds). anyways he started asking why i had a mastache. and yes everyone has hair their but it shouldnt be noticable like this is? how do i get rid of this problem?

I am 14 yrs. old, 5ft 3in, and 140lbs. I am soooo fat. I used to weigh more and lost a little weight which got me to where I am today but I am still extremly fat!!!! For some reason I can't lose any more weight, why can't I lose any more weight? This is so aggrivating! Please help. Thanks
