okay i'm 14 and i really want to tone up my body.. i have muscle working tapes and i do crunches, sit ups, crunch machines, squats, kicks, etc... i have a good work out plan
i'm not fat and i don't really wanna loose weight.. i just want to make my stomach flatter and hard and tone up my legs so theyre not as flabby.. kinda like jessica simpson.. she's got nice toned legs and stomach but shes not like overly thin like nicole richie..
now since i'm 14.. it's so hard to diet cause i'm growing and i havta see all my friends eat and i cant.. is there any way i can eat whatever i want and still get the body i want by just working out and not doing the diet part of it?
please give real answers.. this is really important to me

I play field hockey, and for the daily warm-up we have to do leg lifts. After a few weeks of doing them, I really started to notice a difference in my stomach. you should give them a try. here's what you do:
lie flat on your back, then lift your legs up about 6 inches off the ground and hold for 10 seconds. do at least 10 reps. per day.

Have that snickers bar, but have maybe one or 2 a week, or better off, on a week, and only eat half. If you think you will have to eat all salads your wrong, you need protein and other nutrience, if you are a vegetarian then eat nuts and wahtnot(ime not familiar with vegetarian foods). Feel free to have a burger or steak and patatos for dinner, but you just have to moderate everything. If you have a donut one morning, then the next have a bagel, or some fruit. Be sure to get all the nutrience you need. I would personally recomend eating what you normaly would, but maybe cutting out the soda, or every night deserts (ikf you normally do that) good luck!
