Toned Up Okay, graduation is only a month and some change left.. I think, May 27. Okay I need to tone my body. I want my breast to be firmer and I want abs. Can someone help me with what I need to do, eat. I run track and that's toning my legs. I'm not really big, jus a lil' flabbly arond the tummy. I'm only 120, n 5'3. Please help me and fast. Thank you in advance

if you can get the AB lounge or soemthing..< not expensive... it really works.. and it works fast.. n its really easy.. you can watch t.v and do it.. n all you have to work on it is like 30 mins. 3 times a week.. and then liek 2 or 3 weeks layter you will see result right away..

It has amazing results in a short period of time, depending on how hard you work at it. Make sure you tighten and use your abdominal muscles as you're doing it or you're not working the right spot. You don't even need equipment to do it.

Here's a picture of it. It's basically you have your hands behind your head and reach your right elbow to your left knee, then straighten your left leg out (about 45 degrees to the ground), twist and reach your left elbow to your right knee, then repeat. ]
