Fat doesnt get turned into muscule. You loose fat and grow the muscles. Peectly normal, if your eating good and doing e xercises then its definatly muscles

Hate to say it but muscle weighs a lot more than fat! So although you may notice a little initial weight loss, it will increase the more you work out!

That being said, it's much better to turn fat into muscle, within reason so please don't be put off by this.

weight lifting will definitely cause more muscle, which then leads to more weight. i would do more reps with less weight in order to not gain.

Chances are, you've probably just gained some muscle, or maybe your weight is just fluctuating (mine does all the time that's why I'm saying that.) But when you lift weights, you tend to gain weight but look thinner, and isn't that what you want anyway?

Well, your fat doesn't turn into muscle, but yes, you will gain weight. This doesn't mean you're any less healthy! Actually, it means you're healthier, if anything. :)
