I was wondering is there any exercise or way that I can loose weight in my back? Because I dont know if I just have a lot of meat on my back or if it's fat. Please and thank you!
RBfootballTD answered Friday March 24 2006, 9:55 pm: there are a lot of exercises i know for backs, but i dont have the slightest clue if they will help you lose weight... one of them is called supermen- it is when you lay face down on the floor and you pull your chest and quads (thighs) up off the ground, to the point you are like your flying... another one is called upside down banana- it is when you lay on the ground just like supermen, and this time you put your legs further back, (or up) and hold it for a 60 count (which means you count down from 60) any more questions about these, just ask me! You see, for you your body stores fat in your back and when you run or jog and those muscles need energy they will start to get it from the fat in your back (if it even is fat at all!) . It may also just be muscle or as you put it "meat". Do you gymnastics or any sport that would require back strength? Take those kinds of things into account. :) [ fish34's advice column | Ask fish34 A Question ]

I bet you are perfect the way you are.
You may think that your apperance is everything, but its really your heart that makes and defines you. I bet you're beautiful on the inside, and that should count for something.
Hope you feel better!
